DTDC Tracking Options

DTDC Courier consignment can be tracked online for 45 days from the date of sending package. Below is list of options to check courier shipment status.

Online Tracking

The easiest way to track DTDC status is to enter AWB / Consignment Number / Reference No in the above form and click on Track Courier Status button. This will display the current status of shipped courier package. Users who do not want to use above option, can always use DTDC's official website dtdc.com. Customers can track maximum of 25 consignments in single query on DTDC website.

Mobile Tracking

DTDC provides SMS based service (DTDC SMS Tracker) to customers for tracking status of shipment package through mobile using SMS.

To get details of current status of consignment package, customers can send SMS in following format to 9845324040

    DTDC <Consignment Number>

SMS Tracker service also have options to find Pin-code serviceability and City serviceability.
To find if Pin-code is serviced by DTDC, send SMS in following format to 9845324040

    PIN <Pin Code> (Example: PIN 560070)

To find if City is serviced by DTDC, send SMS in following format to 9845324040

    CITY <City Name> (Example: CITY Haridwar)

Email Tracking

DTDC also provides another option to customers for tracking package. Customers who can not access DTDC website and who can not send SMS, can use email to track parcel.

To find DTDC Courier Service Tracking status, send mail to track[at]dtdc.com with Consignment Number in email body message. Customer will get instant reply with latest status update.
